The U.S. lead peace plan is the groundwork for the eventual peace plan that the antichrist will confirm down the road. The others that are involved in the peace process are the E.U., U.N. and Russia. The E.U. will somehow jump to the forefront of this powerful quartet and offer something that the others could not. I actually believe that they (E.U.) may offer both countries (Israel and Palestine) conditional membership into the E.U. "Conditional" meaning they will be awarded membership but will be on probation for seven years. This will give both countries stability and instant respect by the free world. This new permanent leader the E.U. is seeking will eventually make this deal come true. He will also be Israel's new best friend. After 3 1/2 years he will betray them.
