Drop Peace Plan Reservations
(AP) - Palestinian leaders have put aside reservations to
parts of the U.S.-developed plan for peace with Israel and are ready to get
started on it, Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas said Sunday, heeding an appeal by
Secretary of State Colin Powell. "We have accepted the road map,"
Abbas said at a joint news conference with Powell after their first meeting
since Abbas was sworn in on April 30. "For the sake of opening the road, we
have dropped our reservations," Abbas said.

This is another major development. Although it could be several years before we see a peace plan in action, we're definitely on the road that will eventually lead to the signing of a peace agreement with Israel and the Arab world. That doesn't mean that the rapture is in the distant future. It could happen at any moment with the tribulation period beginning when the peace agreement is signed.
One thing I do believe, there will be no peace agreement until the E.U. has put a permanent leader in place. That leader will be the one given credit for making peace a reality in the Middle East.
One last observation, the Arab world has done an about face on this roadmap for peace. I have said it in the past, when the Arab world agrees to peace it will only serve as a precursor to there all out attack on Israel (Ezekiel 38-39). This attack will probably take place about a year into the tribulation period.
You are going to be hearing a lot more about this plan in the coming months.
Are you ready to meet the Lord? If not, today could be the day!
