Turkey, Russia and Israel Will Not Become EU Members In Coming Decades
To deal with them, with the arc of neighbouring countries surrounding the EU
from Russia to Morocco, we, of course, need to build a consistent policy
integrating two different tools: a general framework giving policy guidelines
for the whole arc of countries; a tailor-made partnership, discussed with and
agreed by each neighbouring country.
This 'Privileged Neighbour Partnership' policy will naturally use all existing
achievements made by treaties of association but will be much more comprehensive
(including economy, education, research, social issues, security, trade, …)
and will be totally disconnected from any possible accession process. Among
other things, it will finally allow some of our neighbours to know exactly where
they stand and where we stand, ending, as is the case with Turkey for instance,
about 40 years of confusion.

Obviously, they're not taking into account what the Bible says. Yes, it is possible that Israel will not become a full member of the E.U., but rather be granted a "Privileged Neighbour Partnership". This type of partnership does not give them membership status but does put them on the list. They will enjoy many of the benefits of the E.U. as a trading and research partner, but be more or less on a probationary period. This would be a time where the E.U. could evaluate if Israel or any other candidate was a good fit for full membership.
Whether they are granted full membership or a Privileged Neighbour Partnership, time will tell. Either way, they will have to make a treaty with the E.U. leadership and you know what that means.
Keep your eyes on what comes of this situation. I truly believe it will be the key that brings temporary peace in the Middle East and the eventual seven year peace treaty with the antichrist.
