'Time To Smash Hamas Is Now'
Security expert urges Israel to follow up hard on Yassin execution.

One of Israel's most highly respected commentators on security affairs has urged the Sharon government to follow up hard on the heels of the Yassin execution and move quickly to smash the rest of the Hamas leadership.

Gainsaying other analysts, who have suggested that the Islamist group suffered a debilitating blow when its wheelchair bound sheikh was killed by an Israeli missile, Ehud Ya'ari warned that Hamas is set to strike "to the full extent of [its] capability" in order to "murder as many Israelis as it can."

Bush Will Walk Re-election, Says Murdoch
'Economy's doing extremely well and there is an international crisis'
A day after moving his News Corporation to the US, Rupert Murdoch got to work ingratiating himself with the locals yesterday, telling George Bush he was on his way to an easy victory in this year's presidential election.

Unperturbed by images of a mass insurrection in Iraq, or opinion polls that show a slow erosion of support for the president in what promises to be an exceedingly close vote, the media magnate predicted that Mr Bush would coast to a second term in November.

Rupert Murdoch believes that President Bush will be reelected fairly easy.  Personally, I hope he is.  Those who think that it’s the economy stupid aren’t thinking long term.  This world is a spark away from getting completely out of control.  The war on terrorism better be our number one priority until we wipe it out completely.  It may take years (it may never end until the Lord comes) to accomplish this and it will cost lives.  The economy will get better and shows signs of a recovery even now.  If you think for one minute that a change in administration is going to change your fortunes it’s not!  Even if it did, one 9/11-size attack would send the recovery into a freefall just as it did for Bush. Right now we need the best man for the job in the White House.

Whether you agree with me or not, I think we all can agree that whoever wins this election needs to continue to fight the war on terrorism with tenacity.  Frankly, Afghanistan and Iraq should only be the starting point.  We need to forget about what the world thinks and do what it takes to destroy terrorist wherever they are.  Eventually, it’s going to come down to that anyway.

Many in Israel think that now is the time to resist world opinion and finally smash Hamas.  Again, I don’t see that happening, and it would be a very risky move, but it’s a move that needs to be carried out.  The world has never been in Israel’s corner and that’s not going to change.  Of course, there are a lot of political reasons preventing them from pulling the trigger.

Lately, I have been receiving a few emails asking me to unsubscribe them from my email alert system.  That doesn't bother me, it's only a few anyway.  What does concern me is the reason they state that they want to be removed.  Many are saying in essence that they have given up on the Lord coming again and rapturing the church.  They have listened to those that the Bible predicted would say in the last days, "Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation (II Peter 3:4)."  It's a shame that they will have to face the Lord in their lack of faith.  This doesn't surprise me though, the further away from the year 2000 that we get the more we will see an exodus from belief in the promise.

Lately, I received an email from a reader who was recently saved.  She was concerned about whether she was really saved.  That is a legitimate concern I get from a lot of readers.  But she did mention something that concerned me.  She said that she didn't know if she was ready to be saved at this time in her life due to the fact that her conversion has caused a number of personal problems.  In short, she was rethinking her decision for Christ.

That really caused me to jump back a little.  To many people don't realize what they have in Christ and what God has saved them from.  They think incorrectly that they will have another chance tomorrow if they decide to reject the Lord today.  Many have died and gone to hell because they have said no to the Lord for the last time or wanted to wait one more day.  Ladies and gentlemen, we’re not promised a second chance (actually not even a first chance) nor are we promised another day (Proverbs 27:1).  It is by the grace of God that we have the opportunity of renewed fellowship with the Father through Christ Jesus our Lord.  We get to miss hell and go to heaven!

From this email the Lord has laid it on my heart to provide a free booklet on hell, the judgment and the lake of fire.  The idea is to make it fully downloadable so that it can be printed out in booklet form and presented to those who are not saved.  I really believe that people today are obliviously to the horror that awaits them if they die in their sins.

This booklet will be Biblically based, will present the Gospel, and compel the reader to make a decision for Christ.  Some of the booklet will contain information from my book..

Your eternal destination is not to be taken for granted nor that of your families.  Hopefully, in the next few weeks I will have it up on my website ready to be downloaded.

If you are on my email alert system you will be notified.  If not, and you would like to be notified when it is finished, email me and ask to be added to our email list.  I don't share information nor will I sell your address to someone else.
