Yasser Arafat was willing by some "miracle" to admit that
the Jewish people have a connection to the Temple Mount in
Jerusalem, the rest of the Islamic world would never allow him to

Today,
fighting continued in the West Bank and Gaza Strip where seven
Palestinians were killed by Israeli troops. The Israeli government
also made it clear that Yasser Arafat's expulsion was imminent, but
the Palestinian government countered with a warning against Israel
not to carryout its threats since it would surely cause a collapse
in the peace process.
According to Crosswalk.com even if Yasser Arafat did by some miracle concede that Israel had a right to the temple mount the Arab world would never give it up. In fact, the Arab's now place the temple mount as important as Mecca their most holy site.
This is a
recent upgrade. The temple mount was never even a
consideration until Israel became a nation. This is just
another propaganda scheme the world seems to be buying into.
Of course, the Lord is in this and it will take a miracle to get
the whole Arab world to allow Israel to resume the sacrifice in their
future temple (Daniel 9:27).
When the antichrist comes on the scene, God will allow him to be led by satan and he will persuade the world to follow his ideas. This won't happen until after the rapture and will not completely take shape until the beginning of the tribulation period. How much time this will take is anyone's guess. But one thing is for sure, virtually everyone will buy into his plans and few (if any) will see him as he really is.
Russia and the United States have made it clear that they
reserve the right to strike out against any nation the they feel is
harboring terrorists to minimize a possible threat. I don't
blame them a bit and I am convinced this will be the reason behind
the war that will kill one-quarter of the worlds population at the
end of the fourth seal judgment (Revelation 6). Although
these two nations have come out strong against terror they insist
that Israel show restraint. I have a feeling that restraint
will come to an end very soon.
The U.S. believes that Iran is using negotiations with the
European Union to buy time to fully develop a nuclear bomb.
This is certainly true and I can't believe that Israel will allow
this to continue much longer before they carryout a bombing missing
on their nuclear facility...and Syria isn't far behind.
This is one of the reason I believe the rapture may happen sooner than later. As you know, I feel the Bible is clear that both Iran and Syria will participate in an attack (led by Russia) against Israel in the last days (Ezekiel 38 & 39). Of course, Israel could choose not to attack their nuclear sites or development of their (Iran & Syria) program could have a setback causing a delay.
Either way, this is a very explosive time for Israel with the Palestinian uprising underway and their enemies to the north on the verge of developing a nuclear bomb.
On this eve of the third anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy let us remember the families that suffered from the great lose of their loved ones. May we never forget that freedom never has been free.
