North Korea Issues Wartime Guidelines
SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea has ordered its citizens to be ready for a protracted war against the United States, issuing guidelines on evacuating to underground bunkers with weapons, food and portraits of leader Kim Jong Il.

The 33-page ``Detailed Wartime Guidelines,'' published in South Korea's Kyunghyang newspaper on Wednesday and verified by Seoul, was issued April 7, 2004, at a time when the communist regime was claiming it was Washington's next target following the Iraq war.

IAEA Finds Egypt Secret Nuclear Program 
VIENNA, Austria (AP) - The U.N. atomic watchdog agency has found evidence of secret nuclear experiments in Egypt that could be used in weapons programs, diplomats said Tuesday.

The diplomats told The Associated Press that most of the work was carried out in the 1980s and 1990s but said the International Atomic Energy Agency also was looking at evidence suggesting some work was performed as recently as a year ago.

The protest movement by extremist settlers and rabbis against the Israeli government's plan to dismantle Gaza settlements further escalated Thursday with a petition by reserve officers calling to disobey evacuation orders.

Frontrunner Mahmoud Abbas has called for peace talks with Israel on the eve of this weekends Palestinian election.  He is predicted to win the prime minister election by a wide margin.

His call for peace talks will be heeded but it's going to take a miracle to get all sides to agree, but I see the day coming and maybe sooner than you think.  

It's possible that a peace agreement with the Arab world will take place before the agreement with the E.U.  If that happens, look for the Russian-Arab attack to take place soon after.  If that happens, look for Israel to take back the temple mount and rebuild the temple.  

Personally, I believe it (antichrist peace plan) may turn out to be the ENPI seven-year agree in which the next term is coming up in 2007 to 2013.  The following term will be from 2014 to 2020.  Israel is slated to be a part of that agreement with at least sixteen other countries in 2007.  This could be the agreement that the antichrist makes with many (Daniel 9:27).  A peace agreement with Palestine may coincide with that agreement.

North Korea is talking war again and have printed up a 33-page booklet of wartime guidelines in the event that day comes.  This booklet is aimed at readying their people for such an attack by the U.S.  I do look for this day to come at some point.

Egypt has been sited by the U.N. atomic watchdog agency on suspicion of having a secret nuclear program.  They've denied it but you can bet they're as guilty as the rest of the Arab world.  

There maybe a little problem in the evacuation of Israelis from Gaza.  Seems reserve officers and rabbis are telling settlers to rebel against orders to move out of the area.  This will serve as a temporary glitch in the disengagement plan but eventually it will get done and peace will be established short-term.
