Animal-Human Hybrids Spark Controversy...
Scientists have begun blurring the line between human and animal by producing chimeras—a hybrid creature that's part human, part animal.

Chinese scientists at the Shanghai Second Medical University in 2003 successfully fused human cells with rabbit eggs. The embryos were reportedly the first human-animal chimeras successfully created. They were allowed to develop for several days in a laboratory dish before the scientists destroyed the embryos to harvest their stem cells.

In Minnesota last year researchers at the Mayo Clinic created pigs with human blood flowing through their bodies.

And at Stanford University in California an experiment might be done later this year to create mice with human brains.

Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas will meet for their first summit in mid February.  Hopefully, this will yield positive results.  Actually, this is like making a deal with the devil but at the Lord's request.

Over the last few months more than a few people have emailed me questioning whether U.S. President George W. Bush could be the antichrist.  Whoever the antichrist turns out to be he will not want anything to do with any god let alone the Lord.  

Dan 11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

Dan 11:37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.

President Bush, on many occasions has exalted the name of Christ, not only to the U.S., but to the whole world.  The antichrist would not do that and he's not trying to throw us off by claiming to be a Christian.  satan doesn't need to throw us off he's been successfully deceiving the world for thousands of years.  In fact, if it weren't for the mercy of the Lord none of us would be on our way to heaven.  

Personally I don't really care who the antichrist is, but it is a question that frequently comes up.

Israeli Vice Premier Shimon Peres is encouraging the E.U. to build factories in the Palestinian industrial zones to help jumpstart the PA economy.  Don't be surprised if that does happen.  Look for the E.U. to take on a bigger and more significant role in the coming months.  I really see the U.S. taking a more behind the scenes role and the E.U. coming to the forefront in the peace process.
