Says Palestinian Agents Smuggled Missiles Into Gaza Strip
PAPER:
Depressed Annan Close To Quitting Over UN Scandals...
KOFI ANNAN, the United Nations
secretary-general, is said to be struggling with depression and considering his
future. Colleagues have reported concerns about Annan ahead of an official
report this week that will examine his son Kojo’s connection to the
controversial Iraqi oil for food scheme.
Depending on the findings of the report, by a team led by the
former US Federal Reserve chairman Paul Volcker, Annan may have to choose
between the secretary-generalship and loyalty to his son.

Government-Backed Study Frets About Chinese Military Buildup
Comments
Iran continues to press forward with its nuclear program
despite opposition from the U.S. They
contend that its need for nuclear power is strictly for peaceful means.
Of course, they’re lying just as Iraq, North Korea,
Libya, Syria, Egypt, and a whole host of other nations are lying.
Many of these nations will eventually obtain nuclear weapons in the next
15 to 20 years if left unchecked.
Another sleeping giant has brought concern to Japanese
officials over their military buildup. As
you may know, China has been steadily building a war machine and is seeking to
have an E.U. arms embargo lifted. It
is Japan’s fear that when the embargo is lifted it will modernize an already
powerful China and create a military imbalance in the region.
The Bible is clear that both the kingdom of the antichrist
(E.U.) and the
kingdom of the East (China) will survive the Apocalypse
(Revelation 6). Israel will also
survive. In my opinion, what will
happen leading up to the Apocalypse and what will take place immediately
following is somewhat of a mystery. It
will take a miracle for tiny Israel to be among the survivors.
Many in the U.N. believe that Kofi Annan’s days are number as head of
the U.N. Seems he is depressed over
the numerous scandals that have developed on his watch.
Personally, I give him very little time before he throws in the towel.
Next in line…it’s possible it could be former U.S. President Bill
Clinton. With Mr. Clinton as head
of the U.N. and his wife a real possibility for
president in 2008 wouldn’t
that be a real eye opener. But on the other hand, if he does get selected as head of the U.N. it may
also hurt
Hilary’s chances of becoming the next president of the United States.
The
Bush Administration is blaming Arab hatred toward the United States on Arab
leaders who have allowed such teachings to go on in their schools.
Of course, hatred toward Israel has been handed down from generation to
generation both through family and schools.
In the near future I see this ending at least in the public programs as
part of the peace agreement.
Lately, I have been receiving emails about the Pope and his possible successor. Actually, I’m not that concerned about who his successor will be. I do however believe that whoever he is may
turn out to be the false prophet.Pastor
