Germany's
Cardinal Ratzinger Elected Pope
(AP) - Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger of Germany, the church's leading hard-liner,
was elected the new pope Tuesday evening in the first conclave of the new
millennium. He chose the name Pope Benedict XVI and called himself "a
simple, humble worker." Ratzinger, the first German pope in centuries,
emerged onto the balcony of St. Peter's Basilica, where he waved to a wildly
cheering crowd of tens of thousands and gave his first blessing.
Jews
Concerned As Germanic Hardliner, Ex-Hitler Youth, Elected Pope
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger of Germany, the Roman Catholic
Church's leading hard-liner, was elected the new pope Tuesday evening. He
enrolled in Hitler's Nazi youth movement against his will when he was 14. But
Jewish leaders expressed hope for the new Pope. "We are certain that he
will continue on the path of reconciliation between Christians and Jews that
John Paul II began," Paul Spiegel, head of Germany's main Jewish
organization, said.
Israel
Fears Regional War In 2006
WASHINGTON [MENL]
-- Israel has relayed its concern to the United States of the rising prospect of
a Middle East war in 2006.
U.S. officials said
Israel has determined that the expected U.S. withdrawal from Iraq in 2006 would
raise tensions in the region that could lead to a Middle East war. The officials
said the Israeli assessment asserted that Iran would either lead or play a major
role in any future war against the Jewish state.

Analysts: Israel Walking Open-Eyed Into Death Trap
Terrorism is expected to reach such levels that
"the IDF will be forced to re-take the cities of Judea and
Samaria" recently handed over to PA control.
I think the question
on the mind of many of my readers is “could the new pope be the future false
prophet?” Of course, this most
certainly could be the case but only time will tell. The fact that he has Nazi ties raises a major red flag.
In the last six
months we have seen the death of Yasser Arafat, the acceleration of the Middle
East peace talks, and the death of the pope.
Let’s not forget that Israel also made a neighborhood agreement with
the E.U. (starting 2007-2013) in late December 2004. Could all this events be a coincidence?
Israel is very
concerned about the repercussions of a post-U.S. occupation of Iraq.
They are scheduled to withdraw from Iraq in 2006.
Israel is concerned that the minute U.S. troops leave the area Iran will
lead an attack against them. Obviously,
they must have credible intelligence that this might be a future possibility. As you may know, the Bible does predict in the last days that
Iran would take part in a sneak attack against Israel.
