French
Voters Reject First EU Constitution
PARIS - French voters rejected
the European
Union's first constitution Sunday, a stinging repudiation of
President Jacques Chirac's leadership and the ambitious, decades-long effort to
further unite the continent.
Chirac, who had urged voters to approve the charter in the bitterly contested referendum, announced the result in a brief, televised address. He said the process of ratifying the treaty would continue in other EU countries.
Israeli
Cabinet OKs Release Of 400 Inmates
JERUSALEM - Israel's Cabinet on Sunday approved the release of 400 Palestinian
prisoners, a long-overdue gesture Israel had agreed to as part of a Mideast
truce package.
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon told the Cabinet that the prisoner release would strengthen Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas and "the moderate forces in the Palestinian Authority." Sharon's appeal meshed with recent U.S. efforts to shore up Abbas in the face of severe challenges from Palestinian militants.

Bush
Plans To Monitor Israeli Withdrawal
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- President
George Bush has agreed to monitor the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and
northern West Bank.
Comments
Today, the French voted
on whether to ratify the E.U. Constitution. Many E.U. officials are
worried that they will reject it. Their fears did not go unheeded with the
"no" vote overtaking the "yes" vote 55 to 45 percent.
It is believed that this could set the E.U. back by years.
President Bush has been asked to monitor the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and northern West Bank. Evidently, Palestinian President Abbas requested that President Bush take the lead role. Is it possible that the Arab world has decided to work with the west? And if so, where does that put Bush in the end time scenario?
Israel has agreed to release some 400 Palestinian prisoners. Certainly you have to shake your head over that decision since you know it will come back to haunt them but that's par for the course for Israel.
According to Famed archeologist Dr. Vendyl Jones he believes that Israel has been in exile for 38 years (since 1967) because they believed a bad report from Golda Meir, Motta Gur and Moshe Dayan. Due to this report he believes Israel failed to fully take possession of the land and thereby was sentenced by God to serve 38 more years of exile as the Jews did in the original exodus. This 38 year exile period is up on June 7, 2005. According to his theory, at the end of this period, Israel will then reclaim the full portion of their land. This is the first date of interest that I am bringing to your attention.
