the occupied territory could devolve into open warfare between rival Palestinian
factions once Israel pulls out of the disputed region in the coming weeks.

The Gaza pullout is about one week
away. I can't help but think that satan has evil intentions once the
pullout is complete. Of course, God is in control and He has no intention
of forsaking Israel. Keep your eyes on this region, we could be in the
beginning stages of a miracle.
For the many that sent me information on archeologist Vendyl Jones I thank you. Here is the latest on his quest to discover the Ark of the Covenant:
"Since
returning from Israel, Vendyl has answered many letters and phone calls, asking
about this date. He has also addressed this in his various classes via PalTalk.
We were not initially aware how widespread this statement has become, quoted in
many newspapers throughout the Jewish world. Of course it has caused a lot of
excitement. However, Vendyl was slightly, but significantly, misquoted. What he
actually said was that it would be very appropriate IF he could discover the Ark
by Tisha B’Av. At this time it is obviously not going to happen. However, as
soon as the funding permits, he will be in Israel to drill the bore hole and
proceed with the dig to uncover the Tabernacle and the Ark. We are hoping that
this will be in September.

Another great discovery has occurred in Jerusalem. Workers repairing a sewage line in an older section of Jerusalem have uncovered the Biblical Pool of Siloam. Many scholars had previously believed that the pool did not exist but was mentioned mainly for illustrative purposes. Turns out it was found exactly where the Bible said it was.
Makes me wonder how many other things Bible scholars believe to be symbolic but in truth really did exist. Take a look at this link for the complete story: http://www.drudgereport.com/flash1.htm
