March 27, 2002 BEIRUT, Lebanon (AP) - Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah proposed on Wednesday that the Arab League offer Israel "normal relations" in exchange for recognition of a Palestinian state and of refugees' right to return. Speaking at an Arab League summit, Abdullah said, "having a real peace is the only way to normalize relationships between all the peoples and the only thing that could replace all the destruction." "Starting from this point I propose that the Arab League present a collective program to the (U.N.) Security Council based on normal relationships and security to Israel and parallel with an independent Palestinian country with its capital Jerusalem and the right of Palestinian people to come back to their homeland." Abdullah also called on Israel to withdraw from occupied Arab land. "Land for peace has been the principal adopted by the international community," he said. "Full Israeli withdrawal from occupied territories is the basis for everything." Abdullah stuck by an earlier offer of normalization to Israel, though hard-line Arabs have protested it is too soon to offer Israel so much. But he added the call to recognize the right of Palestinian refugees to return, a move that could cool Israel to the overture. Israeli leaders have said the return of millions of Palestinians displaced in Mideast wars would undermine the Jewish nature of their state. His proposal for exchanging normal relations for key Arab demands, Abdullah said, "is how we can live with dignity and stop the destruction ... this is how we can achieve peace." END This is a false peace plan that the Arab League has every intention of breaking even if Israel accepts it. Eventually, I do believe that Israel will accept a form of this plan and that they will concede a little land, including the eastern half of Jerusalem as the Palestinian capital. But it's a plan that is destined to fail due to the fact that the Arabs will never ever accept Israel as a nation. This plan is nothing more than a strategic move to better position themselves for the coming war lead by Russia. With pressure from the U.N., look for a form of the plan to be accepted by the Israelis. How soon, I don't know. But when it is, the Arabs will break it when they feel that the Israelis have become comfortable. Russia and their Arab allies will then attack from every direction, but God will intervene and destroy them in the mountains of Israel. It will take seven months to bury the dead and they will burn the weapons as fuel for seven years. The antichrist will then come on the scene sometime down the road and make a real seven-year peace agreement with Israel. You should know that this is only a possible scenario that could come to pass. I don't know anymore about future events then the next guy. Personally, I still believe that Israel will be on a collision course with the Arab world when the antichrist comes on the scene with his plan. They will accept it and it will be for seven years. Another situation that should be explored, the antichrist's seven-year plan could be accepted by the Arabs and about two years into it, they could attack Israel. These are exciting times and I do believe that the Lord is coming to rapture the church very, very soon. Pastor Malone
