As stated earlier, toward the midpoint of the tribulation period, Satan and his army of demons will be defeated by God and His heavenly host, and cast out of heaven. From that day forward, he will be permanently banned from heaven and confined to earth. His first move will be to indwell the antichrist and eventually control the world through him.
After the defeat of the Russian coalition, the antichrist and the false prophet, at some point, will move their world headquarters from Rome to Jerusalem. After their great victory and salvation of Israel, I’m sure they will receive them with great celebration and honor. It is at this point that the antichrist will make his bid for total world dominance. But first, he must free himself from those who would rule over him (Rev. 17:1-18).
