Qana Staged Building Collapse And Deaths
Mounting evidence on
the Qana collapse and deaths are starting to look like Hezbollah may have stage
the catastrophe. Evidence is coming in that points to the very real
possibility that Hezbollah used the cover of night to place already death bodies
in the building and set off a controlled demolition. They then waited
until morning for the media to get on the scene before they pulled the bodies
out of the wreckage screaming that an Israeli air strike was the cause.
But according to IDF reports there is a seven to eight hour discrepancy in Hezbollah's account.
"Brigadier General Amir Eshel, Head of the Air Force Headquarters, in a
press briefing, told journalists that "the attack on the structure in the
Qana village took place between midnight and one in the morning. The gap between
the timing of the collapse of the building and the time of the strike on it is
unclear."
Gen. Eshel appeared genuinely mystified by the gap in time. He "I'm saying
this very carefully, because at this time I don't have a clue as to what the
explanation could be for this gap," he added.
The army's only explanation was that somehow there was unexploded Hezbollah
ordnance in the building that only detonated much later.
"It could be that inside the building, things that could eventually cause
an explosion were being housed, things that we could not blow up in the attack,
and maybe remained there, Brigadier General Eshel said." http://web.israelinsider.com/Articles/Diplomacy/8997.htm
This is just another terrorist tactic to infuriate the Arab world and any liberal that will listen...and believe me there's a lot of them. In the remaining 48 hours of the ceasefire Israel can only hope that there will be honest journalist and medical examiners on the scene that will have the courage to report the truth.
Iran's Defiance Continues In The Face Of Sanctions
The UN has given Iran one month to suspend uranium enrichment or face
sanctions. They have until August 31st to comply. Of course, the
resolution is weaker than previously desired due to Russia and China.
John Bolton, the US ambassador to the United Nations said this was a great victory for the free world and hoped Iran would take this as a wake up call if they were to ever end international isolation.
"This is the first Security Council resolution on Iran in response to its nuclear weapons program, reflecting the gravity of this situation and the determination of the council," he said Monday.
"We hope this resolution will demonstrate to Iran that the best way to end its international isolation is to simply give up the pursuit of nuclear weapons." http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3284325,00.html
But Iran struck back at the resolution saying they reject it and at this time have no desire to adhere to it.
"The Iranians are aware that defying a Security Council resolution is a
very serious thing," said a Tehran-based diplomat, who asked not to be
named.
"But for the time being they appear to be digging in for confrontation, and
there is no indication that the position will change anytime soon," he
said.
Another senior envoy said that he saw little chance of Iran complying with the
expected resolution.
"I think Iran will wait to see what kind of sanctions it is likely to face
if it ignores the deadline. We are moving into a period of brinksmanship
here," he said. http://metimes.com/articles/normal.php?StoryID=20060731-100003-2629r
Olmert: The Fight Against Terrorism Will Go On
Both Israel and
Lebanon (Hezbollah) have rejected any and all ceasefire talks. In fact, Israeli Prime
Minister
Ehud Olmert is asking the U.S. to give them ten to fourteen more days to finish
their objectives. Now many of the Arab nations are starting to view this
war not as Israel's war but the United States war against Hezbollah.
Look for Israel's war against terrorism to go on both in Lebanon and Gaza. I don't see an immediate ceasefire on the horizon and I don't see Israel tolerating the terrorism of the past.
I salute the U.N. for stepping up and passing a watered down resolution calling for the stoppage of Iranian uranium enrichment. I don't see it happening at least not until the man of sin comes on the scene (and maybe not even then) but it's a start.
One things for sure, the events in Iran and Israel are coming to a boil in the very near future with no real solution in sight. Are we living in the final days before the Lord raptures the church and begins the most horrific time in world history or is this just another prophetic bump in the road? I am convinced that we may be witnessing the final days before this great event, but only God knows for sure.
What I do know is that the Bible says "it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment" (Hebrews 9:27). Friend, the rapture, followed by the tribulation period, may not happen tomorrow, but your date with destiny could. I ask you today, "Are you ready to meet the Lord? If not, your time is running out!" Turn your life over to Jesus today.
