Korea Calls U.N. Sanctions for Nuclear Test 'Declaration of War'
SEOUL, South Korea — North
Korea called U.N.
sanctions imposed over its nuclear test a "declaration of war"
Tuesday and warned of "merciless blows" if its sovereignty was
violated.
The communist country's first official response to the U.N. sanctions came as Japan and South Korea said the communist nation appeared to readying for a second atomic blast.
U.S. nuclear envoy Christopher Hill referred to unspecified reports from Seoul that the North was preparing for a second nuclear test, saying it would be "a very belligerent answer" to the world.

would fall on America in the month of Ramadan'
WASHINGTON – Another Pakistani
journalist is reporting receiving another threat – this one from a senior
Taliban leader – warning all Muslims to leave the U.S. in anticipation of a
major terrorist attack before the end of Ramadan.
The head of the Islamabad-based al-Quds Center reported receiving an audio message from Mullah Masoom Afghani urging U.S. Muslims to get out of the country "because Allah's punishment would fall on America in the month of Ramadan."
Muslims are observing Ramadan this year Sept. 24 to Oct. 23.
Ahmadinejad:
God told me we would win - Iranian president says has been in touch with God,
who reassured him Tehran victory against West is guaranteed
While the West is preparing to impose sanctions on Iran, due to the
country's failure to suspend its nuclear activities, President Mahmoud
Ahmadinejad is still optimistic. "We shall win," he was quoted in the
Iranian media as saying Monday, and added: "One day I will be asked whether
I have been in touch with someone who told me we would win, and I will respond:
'Yes, I have been in touch with God'."

If you read my headlines yesterday, two articles stood out. One, Muslim extremists
have warned every American Muslim to leave the U.S. immediately before a planned
attack takes place. The target date is set before the end of Ramadan which
ends on October 23rd.
"Afghani said he was speaking from somewhere in Kandahar province," reported Ismail. "In it, he advised Muslim residents of America to get out to escape harm because the U.S. could face big attacks in the month of Ramadan."

The second article stated, although Iran was about to be hit with international sanctions, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was optimistic that his country would eventually come out on the winning side.
"One day I will be asked whether I have been in touch with someone who told me we would win, and I will respond: 'Yes, I have been in touch with God'.""We must not be afraid of them," he stated, hinting to the western countries. Ahmadinejad also noted that although he was at times mocked for his preoccupation with spiritual matters and his use of "divine" words," he was nevertheless certain that Iran would prevail, after having secured the support of international public opinion for its cause.

Back on October 5, 2006, I included an article on my report that declared Israel had struck oil in the Dead Sea region. Certainly, it isn't considered a major find by any stretch of the imagination amounting to only four to six million barrels (Saudi Arabia produces 10 million barrels a day).
Due to the recent rise of the oil prices Israeli Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben Eliezer said that this was just the beginning indicating that the region would now be wide open for anyone who wants to try.

This is very exciting! Over the years, I have heard many prophecy experts say the Bible proclaims that there are vast amounts of oil buried deep beneath the Dead Sea (Genesis 19: 24-25, 28-29). It is also believed that Isaiah 45:3 gives a description of a great oil deposit that will one day shoot forth.
Another interesting development I found from researching this topic is due to the Dead Sea being the lowest point on earth it is possible that interconnected oil deposits could flow down from other regions. What does this mean? When Israel begins pumping the oil out, what may initially seem to be a very small find may turn out to be connected to much larger surrounding oil deposits from other oil producing countries.
With the Dead Sea being the lowest point on earth, as Israel pumps out oil, connecting deposits would flow down to the Dead Sea oil fields. Depending on how far they are connected, this would cause oil to flow away from surrounding oil countries and give Israel a vast and limitless oil supply. If Israel finds a Dead Sea well that is deeply interconnected they could literally hold the world oil market in their hands.
I do look for Israel to one day discover a vast oil deposit that would not only provide for their needs but make them the world's leading producer. I realize that's a tall order but I do believe scripture could support it (as stated earlier). I also believe that due to this vast oil find Russia will not be able to resist leading an attack to spoil and destroy Israel (Ezekiel 38 & 39). God will use this discovery to grab Russia's attention and "put hooks into thy jaws" (Ezekiel 38:4).
So when will this happen? Certainly, that's hard to say, but with the Israeli infrastructure minister opening the region up to exploration it could be very soon.
