Turkish defence snub worries Israel; Israel rethinks arms sales to Turkey; Turkey's attitude toward Israel is changing
Turkey's snub over the weekend has Israel a little worried in light of the fact that they are about to send off a major arms shipment to Turkey. Although Israeli officials tried to sidestep the furor over the matter and put a positive face on the situation, many see this as a step in the wrong direction. "This is a country that appears to be distancing itself from the West and there could be repercussions," said one defense official. Jpost.com
This is nothing more than a giant step toward prophecy being fulfilled during our generation. The Bible says, when Russia leads an attack against Israel (Ezekiel 38 & 39), they will be bringing both Iran and Turkey along with a host of other nearby Muslim countries.
Interpol, the global police organization, is going to provide "enhanced technical and advisory support" to the UN. In a statement they said they would not be providing policing services but it would be more in line with consulting and advising. It will be interesting to see where this eventually leads.
In other news...rumors continue to swell regarding the demise of the dollar. As reported in previous articles, the dollar is under tremendous pressure from developing nations around the world to allow them more influence in global economic decisions. As the dollar plunges, they are looking to replace it with a more stable reserve currency or series of currencies. The world is crying for a new world order like I have never witness before.
So what does this all mean? Are we about to be led into a new world order? The new world order won't officially be ushered in until the Antichrist comes on the scene and not in full force until he declares himself to be God. But with all the talk and behind the scenes changes, look for a world to be ripe for a new powerful world leader to take the stage. In my opinion, with the EU developing into a world economic power, whoever becomes the new president has a tremendous chance of seizing the moment and becoming the new dominant figure in the world. And with the power of Satan behind him, who will be able to stand in his way (Revelation 13).
