Obama and Blair say the world needs a PA state, Blair says Netanyahu supports the idea
According to Quartet Middle East envoy Tony Blair, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu supports the creation of a Palestinian state. That's good news for US President Barack Obama who plans on visiting Israel in June and says he wants the creation of Palestine to be soon.
"The United State strongly supports the goal of two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security... that is a goal that I will actively pursue as president,” Obama said. Israelnationalnews.com
President Obama further stated that he is committed to bringing about a Palestinian state within his term. I am assuming he is speaking in regards to his first term.
Israelis fear, and for good reason, that they will be pressured into agreeing to an ill-conceived agreement in hopes of quickly bringing about Palestine. Mr. Netanyahu says he supports such a state but states that he would like to see Palestinians do more to show they are serious.
President Obama's tolerance toward a nuclear Iran has perplexed the leaders of Saudi Arabia. His lean toward normalization between the West and the Muslim world is the fuel behind this sudden turn of events. He is determined to form a partnership with terrorist nations such as Iran, Syria, and Lebanon. His aim may be to bring such nations under his wing for the purpose of providing a smooth departure out of Afghanistan and Iraq, but in the long run, it will bring the armies of Islam down on Israel.
Are the peace talks and the creation of a Palestinian state about ready to move into high gear or is this just another bump in the road?
One more think... world leaders are routinely referring to the global shakeup as "The New World Order". Prophecy experts have for years said this was a sign of the coming tribulation period.
